The odds of getting games in on this Monday night ahead of an expected blizzard was getting slimmer and slimmer as the afternoon began.  Many schools in the Jacksonville/Quincy areas were getting dismissed early, and some games in western Illinois were getting cancelled.  Fortunately, the Havana/South Fulton game was on.

Another late add to the broadcast schedule took me to Abingdon to cover this rescheduled Prairieland Conference girl's basketball matchup.  The last time I was in Abingdon, I was furnished a broadcast recliner.

In a rare Tuesday night broadcast, I made the quick trip over to West Prairie High School.  The first time I've seen a defensive player call a timeout during a posession, a table collapses on me, troubles with duct tape, and some Lincoln Trail Conference basketball.
